Dr. Bruch has been an optometrist at Buckeye Optical since established in 2006 and became co-owner in 2011.  She earned her undergraduate degree in biology from the University of Illinois in 1993 and her Doctorate of Optometry from Indiana University School of Optometry in 1998.  She went on to completed a post-graduate residency in Cornea and Contact Lenses at Indiana University School of Optometry.  Dr. Bruch’s focus is primary eye care and diagnosis and treatment of ocular disease for the entire family.  She also enjoys specialty contact lens fits and treating ocular surface disease/dry eye.   Long interested in refractive surgery, she herself had LASIK in 2005 and now co-manages refractive surgery patients in our office.  Dr. Bruch is an member of the American Optometric Association and the Ohio Optometric Association.  She is a past-president of the Central Ohio Optometric Association, the local chapter of the Ohio Optometric Association, and also held the offices of Secretary and Trustee for the COOA.  Dr. Bruch is married and has two stepsons.  She grew up in St. Louis, MO, and relocated to Ohio with her husband in 2000.

Dr. Cursaro attended The Ohio State University and achieved a bachelor’s degree in microbiology.  She continued her studies at The Ohio State University where she earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from the College of Optometry in 1999.  She completed a residency program in ocular disease management and visual rehabilitation at the West Side VA and Edward Hines, Jr VA hospital in Chicago, IL.  She began practicing at Buckeye Optical in 2007.  She took several years off to raise her son and returned to work in 2016.

Dr. Gliniecki finished her bachelor’s degree at Adrian College with a dual major in Mathematics and Biology in May 2012 before starting at Michigan College of Optometry.  She graduated with her Doctor of Optometry with highest distinction in 2016.  She then completed a residency in ocular disease with Specialty Eye Institute serving several cities in southern Michigan before moving to central Ohio in the summer of 2017.  In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family on Lake Huron, playing with her greyhound, or playing board games with her husband and friends.

Dr. Kiess received her undergraduate at The Ohio State University, graduating in physical therapy with summa cum laude honors.  She received her Doctor of Physical Therapy at AT Still University and worked in pediatrics for 16 years.  She continued her education to obtain her Doctorate of Optometry, graduating cum laude from The Ohio State University, College of Optometry.  During her time at the College of Optometry, Dr. Kiess was selected to become part of the Beta Sigma Kappa Honor Society.  She practices full scope Optometry and sees patients of all ages.  In her spare time, Dr. Kiess enjoys running, hiking, watching her kids play sports, and spending time with her family.
